BidBrush.Pro is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any of the following:

• Client Data: All client names, addresses, contact information, and project details you enter remain on your device only.
• Estimate Data: All estimates, line items, pricing, and calculations are stored locally on your device.
• Business Information: Your business name, logo, contact details, and settings stay on your device.
• Location Data: We do not access or collect your device's location.
• Usage Analytics: We do not track how you use the app or collect analytics data.
• Device Information: We do not collect information about your device.
• Photos or Media: We do not access your photos, videos, or other media files (except when you explicitly choose to upload a business logo, which is stored locally).

3. How Your Data is Stored

All data you create in BidBrush.Pro is stored locally on your device using your device's secure storage system. This means:

• Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
• We have no access to your data.
• Your data is not transmitted to any servers or third parties.
• Your data is protected by your device's security features (passcode, biometric authentication, etc.).

4. Data Export and Backup

BidBrush.Pro provides export and import features that allow you to:

• Export Data: Save your estimates, settings, and custom line items as a file on your device.
• Import Data: Restore data from a previously exported file.
• PDF Export: Generate PDF versions of your estimates to share with clients.

Important: When you export or share data, you are in full control of where that data goes. We do not receive or store any exported data.

5. Third-Party Services

BidBrush.Pro does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app operates entirely offline and does not communicate with external servers.

6. Permissions

BidBrush.Pro may request the following device permissions:

• Storage: To save estimates, settings, and exported files locally on your device.
• Camera/Gallery (Optional): To allow you to upload your business logo for use in estimates. Photos are stored locally and never transmitted.

All permissions are used solely for the app's core functionality and never for data collection.

7. Children's Privacy

BidBrush.Pro is intended for use by professional painting contractors and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Data Security

Because all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security features. We recommend:

• Using a strong passcode or biometric authentication on your device.
• Keeping your device's operating system up to date.
• Regularly backing up your data using the export feature.

9. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any of your data, you have complete control over your information:

• Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete any estimate, client, or setting directly in the app, or uninstall the app to remove all data.
• Export: You can export your data at any time using the app's export feature.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. BidBrush.Pro.Pro +Plus (Future)

When BidBrush.Pro.Pro +Plus is released with cloud sync and multi-user features, we will update this Privacy Policy to reflect any data collection or storage practices associated with those features. You will be notified of these changes and will have the option to opt in to cloud features.
